picbox

The photos from the night, on one link.

Guests scan the QR on the table, upload from their phone, and everyone sees the album. No app, no account.

How it works

  1. A card on the tablePrint a QR in the venue's colours. The link stays short: picbox.gr/e/…
  2. Upload from the phonePhotos and short videos, while the night is happening. If the wifi drops, the upload retries.
  3. One shared albumEveryone can look, and download everything as a ZIP. After the expiry date, the photos are deleted.

For the venue

The venue creates the event, sets the logo and colours, and emails a magic link to the host. The host can hide or delete anything that should not stay.

A closed album for one event. Photos live only for the days you set.
